Here are a few pictures from our recent family vacation which included a couple days with friends in Orlando, then several days on cocoa beach and finishing up with a four day cruise. We got on board the ship with several minutes to spare before the launch of the shuttle Atlantis, which was about 6-8 miles away from us. What an amazing site to see! We made stops at Coco Cay, Bahamas, which is the cruise lines private island. Next day we stopped in Nassau, Bahamas. The last day was spent at sea and a return early on Friday. I was even able to pull off a little surprise for Tammy, which is very difficult to do. On the last night, the waiter and head waiter sang a 'happy anniversary' song as we were celebrating 12 years of marriage. She did not have a clue that it was going to happen! From there it was a road trip back to Tampa and home.
God is so amazing and good. As we were driving to the airport, we prayed and asked God for favor so we could all sit together on the flights home (connection through Washington DC) and that we would not miss our connecting flight. We have always wanted to stay in DC, but not that night! Well in His usual fashion, he exceeded our thoughts. When checking in, I was just concerned about sitting together, but the ticket agent was trying to get us on an earlier non-stop flight. Instead of getting in at 11 pm, we landed at 6:30 and asleep by 11.
It was a great time to relax as a family and enjoy a little of the warmth and sun.

Sarah and Tammy "talking" to the fish at Atlantis. Quite the audience they have!!!
For all of you living down south, we just had our first snowfall with several inches and lots of ice! So, when are you all moving up north??? By the way, it was the super sticky snow which is perfect for making snowmen and snowballs!!!
