Wee what a ride home ownership is...we have had a very busy weekend with Bryan's family coming into town Saturday afternoon with a bunch of wonderful blessings from their home that they downsized from in Minnesota. They gave us so much that I cannot even begin to list them all, but here's a list of a few things: a lawn mower, snow thrower (mini snowblower), work bench, bike, laser printer and the list goes on and on. What a blessing! They could only stay a very short time as they had to get back to their new jobs as school bus drivers in Minnesota. It sounds like they love driving bus and wish they would have been doing it thirteen years ago.

Sarah sliding down the railing which is going to be off limits as soon as we actually move in.

Bryan's dad hiding behind some boxes that we moved from the storage unit.

Playing in the back of the UHaul trailer.

Bryan's mom calling his sister to wish her a Happy Birthday.
Then today we had our very wonderful friends come over to help us set some traps and give us a ton of advice and pointers on how to catch mice and keep them out! They have a very large house in the country so they have plenty of experience with these little critters that we absolutely don't want in our house! This is definitely a first in our over ten years of marriage.

Jerry checking out the entry points of where the mice are getting into the house.

Bryan and Karen taking a look at the outside areas as well.

Not the best picture, but this is the nest that we found behind our stove and it's also the spot where Bryan saw the mouse come out of last week. We'll keep you posted on the trapping progress...! Happy hunting to all and to all a good night!
