Ok, where did I leave off and where do I begin? First and foremost, my Jesus is on top of it ALL and I grow more in love with Him each and everyday! He has been so faithful to us during this transition in our lives. His presence was so sweet and invigorating last night at church during prayer before service and it just spilled right on over into the worship service!
We went on a road trip with Bryan to Ohio this week. We left right after church and came back home Tuesday night just in time to drop off the dogs and get Sarah to her swimming lesson. Wednesday we had another inspection on a really nice townhouse in a town called Warrenville. I'll post pictures of it after everything is final, Lord willing. The inspection went great and now we wait for the VA to do the appraisal which can take awhile sometimes. We are really excited about living in Warrenville. It is like a small town surrounded by big cities. Someone was telling us that they saw on the news that the mayor of Warrenville gave out his home number on TV! HA!
Sarah had her last swim lesson last night which is a relief. She did very well and we are so grateful to the DeVore's for giving her "free" lessons at their pool over the past few years! She would not know how to swim at all without your help, Holly and MaKenna. You're the best...Thank You!
Bryan was probably the one that was the most excited about Sarah being done b/c that means we don't have to run around as much. We have one car right now, until after we get the house. It's such a blessing with Bryan taking the train into the city b/c then Sarah and I can come and go more with the car.
JAM (Jesus and Me) has been going great and we keep meeting more new kids each week. We received a letter from one of the precious girls from our church in Florida, Kaley. It was so sweet and made us a little sad b/c we aren't able to be with all our friends there, but happy b/c no matter where we go we know that our family in Jesus is getting bigger and bigger. Someday we'll be together again...
Sarah's big day is tomorrow! I cannot believe that she is going to be nine years old. Ugh! She is truly turning into a young lady faster than we thought. We are going to have a family celebration tomorrow and then a sleep over with her friend, Gigi, next week. We are heading to downtown Naperville with our friend, Alice and her kids for a fun time at the Riverwalk. So I better get going...
I'll try to be better at taking pictures.
